Eye movements are a strong subconscious indicator of what people think as they speak. Questions asked can be answered orally one way yet the person's eyes indicate something completely different.

Wouldn't it be a great tool to look at a candidates eyes after asking a question and then by observing their subconscious eye movement know whether a verbal statement is true or not.
